The apartment "Sunset 3" is located in a residential area in Via Pantelleria 18. The apartment is moments away from the main marina, and a short walk to the centre of Marina di Ragusa's cafes, shops, restaurants and nightlife.

The apartment has a charming balcony with a table and chairs perfect for relaxing afternoons and wonderful lunchs!

On the first floor there is one bedroom with an en suite bathroom, the living room (complete with air conditioning) and the kitchen. On the second floor there is a second bedroom and an open, studio space with a double bed. On the second floor there is also another bathroom and the third veranda overlooking the new marina.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a TV and a washing machine.

In the living room there is an additional easy use sofa bed. This apartment has a private parking, and on the ground floor there is a private veranda, great for children.

Around the corner from the house is the new Marina and the promenade with restaurants, pizzerias and a pharmacy (ideal for emergency sun-cream runs!).

Included in the rental cost of the apartment is;

• initial cleaning (we charge €50 for the final cleaning of the apartment, but are happy to waive this if you'd like to clean yourself!)
• full use of the kitchen and all appliances
• bed linen

• a set of 3 towels for each guest; face towel, hand towel and bath towel
• Wifi is available in the flat upon request

There is a deposit of up to €250 for this apartment though the total depends on the duration of your stay, the amount of people in your party and the time of year you will be visiting.
