The apartment "Sunset 1" is located in a residential area, at the cross roads of Via Amalfi and Via Sanremo. The apartment is moments away from the main marina, and a short walk to the centre of Marina di Ragusa's cafes, shops, restaurants and nightlife.

The apartment has a quite big private veranda with table and seats in which to spend relaxing moments.
It also has two bedrooms, with an additional bunk bed if required in one of the rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a TV and a washing machine. Apartment has two bathrooms with shower.

Around the corner from the house is a supermarket, several restaurants and pizzerias and a pharmacy (ideal for emergency sun-cream runs!).

The apartment has air conditioning.

Included in the rental cost of the apartment is;

• initial cleaning (we charge €50 for the final clean of the apartment, but are happy to waive this if you'd like to clean yourself!)
• full use of the kitchen and all applicances
• bed linen

• a set of 3 towels for each guest; face towel, hand towel and bath towel
• Wifi is available in the flat upon request

There is a deposit of up to €250 for this apartment though the total depends on the duration of your stay, the amount of people in your party and the time of year you will be visiting.
