This apartment is situated in Via Lepanto 54 less than 100 metres from the sandy beaches and just few steps from the gorgeous main Marina. The centre of Marina di Ragusa is a five minute walk from the house, along the promenade. The apartment is in a residential area, and there is car parking directly outside.

The house has two large double bedrooms, with an additional bunk bed in one of them. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, utensils, gas cooker and crockery. In the kitchen there is a TV and a washing machine.

Near the house is a supermarket, several restaurants, wonderful pizzerias and a pharmacy.

The apartment has easy to use air conditioning, and a sunny outside seating area on the own balcony.

The rental of the apartment includes:

• initial cleaning (we raise a charge of €50 to cover final cleaning, though are more than happy to waive this if you would like to complete the final clean!)
• full use of the kitchen and all appliances
• bed linen
• a set of 3 towels for each guest
• Wifi is available in the flat upon request

 There is a deposit of up to €250 for this apartment, though this depends on the number of guests, time of year and length of stay.
