Apartment "Sand 1" is located on the ground floor in Via della Riviera 16 only 20 metres away from Piazza Duca degli Abruzzi. The apartment is also only a few steps from the beach and the promenade, complete with beach shops, bars and wonderful fresh fish restaurants.

The flat consists of two double bedrooms with private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen/diner. There is also a TV and an additional easy to use sofa bed. There is air conditioning in the living room (it can get hot in Sicily!)
You will also have a little small private outdoor space with table and seats!

The apartment comes complete with;

• initial cleaning (we charge €50 to complete a final clean at the end of your stay, though are happy to waive this if you'd like to complete the clean yourself. The house has everything you need for a final tidy; hoover, broom, etc)
•   a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, cooker, utensils etc
• bed linen
• a set of 3 towels for each guest
• Wifi is available in the flat upon request

There is a deposit of up to €250 for this apartment, depending on the time of year, number of guests and length of your stay.
