The Museum of Kamarina
Kamarina (in Greek, "Καμαρίνα"), whose name means "Inhabited after much effort," was an important colony of Syracuse, founded and built by the Syracusans at the mouth of the river Ippari in the Province of Ragusa. Today it is the site of ruins and archaelogical importance, most significantly Cammarana on the hill in the municipality of Ragusa.
