This apartment is located on Via del Tritone 7, only 30 metres from the main beach and only a 2-minute walk from the town centre. The apartment is in a residential area, and there is car parking available.

The house has three double bedrooms, one of which with an additional bunk bed. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite, and there is a further family bathroom. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook, and there is also the TV available.

The bedrooms have silent ceiling fans to keep the rooms cool during the hot summer nights. All bedrooms have air conditioning too.
Apartment has a nice small private balcony with table and seats in which to spend relaxing moments.

Close to the house is the centre of Marina di Ragusa, with all of the bars, cafes, shops and restaurants.

The apartment rental cost includes;

• initial cleaning (we normally charge €50 for final cleaning, but are more than happy to waive this if you complete it yourself)
• full use of the kitchen
• bed linen
• a set of 3 towels for each guest
• Wifi is available in the flat upon request

There is a deposit of up to €250 for this apartment, depending on the number of guests, the duration of your stay and the time of year of your booking.
