The apartment "Elite"  is located facing the beach!

It is situated on the main promenade Mediterraneo 31, directly overlooking the beautiful beach. It is also a stone’s throw away from the main Piazza Duca degli Abruzzi, where the majority of Marina di Ragusa’s cafes, gelaterias and bars are located. There is also a pharmacy, a tobacconist and a supermarket within easy walking distance.

This apartment is perfectly located in Marina di Ragusa, and easily allows guests without a car to enjoy everything this picturesque small town has to offer.

The apartment is ideal for a family of 6 or two smaller groups, and the apartment is laid out to both allow privacy and easy socialising. The proximity to the beach also means that "Elite" is the perfect base for a day (or week!) at the beach, because you can quickly come back to the apartment for food or a midday snooze.

The apartment boasts three air conditioned bedrooms each. Then there is a large air-conditioned living room with a table and chairs, sofa and TV; this too has a large balcony facing the beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen and two spacious bathroom with a shower.
The apartment rental cost includes;

• initial cleaning (we normally charge €50 for final cleaning, but are more than happy to waive this if you complete it yourself)
• full use of the kitchen
• bed linen
• a set of 3 towels for each guest
• Wifi is available in the flat upon request

There is a deposit of up to €250 for this apartment, depending on the number of guests, the duration of your stay and the time of year of your booking.
