This apartment is located on the ground floor in Via Cagliari in the centre of Marina di Ragusa, conveniently located only a few minutes' walk from both the beach and main piazza. The piazza boasts great cafes, lively bars and a small supermarket.

There is a small veranda at the front of the house with a table and chairs, perfect for a people watching over your morning coffee!

The interior of the house has been recently renovated: there is a double bedroom with an additional bunk bed if required, a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen/diner with satellite TV. In the living room there is a further sofa bed. There is also air-conditioning throughout the apartment.

Provided with the apartment are:

• initial cleaning (we charge €50 for final cleaning charges, or we are happy to waive this if you complete a final clean - the house has everything you need for a good tidy up!)
• a fully equipped kitchen
• bed linen
• a set of 3 towels for each guest
• Wifi is available in the flat upon request

There is a holding deposit of up to €250 depending on the number of guests, the time of year and the length of your booking.
